Dr Morris' comments - In Clinic, I recommend I-Drop MGD anti-evaporative eye drops for those who have poor lid oil production or high screen-time demands.  If you have been recommended warm compresses for dry eye treatment, an anti-evaporative drop like I-Drop MGD would be a good complement.

The formulation contains 0.20% viscoadaptive hyaluronan, as well as superior osmoprotectants and bioprotectants that stabilize and enhance the lipid layer, while reducing evaporation of the tear film.

This unique formulation offers great  ocular hydration and comfort. It is a long-lasting artificial tear that re-coats the surface of the eye with every blink, resulting in a lower therapy cost to the patient with fewer daily applications.

 I-DROP MGD is not contact lens compatible.

To protect patients I look at the both efficacy and safety of every drop we sell.  The bottle matters!  The I-MED one-way valve bottle dispenses one sterile dosed drop at a time (no wasted product) and eliminates any chance of the product re-entering the bottle.
