US Tariffs and Customs

We field many questions about the impact of US tariff on prices.  As of June 9, 2025 this is the latest update grid

There are currently no tariffs on eye drops, wipes, or macuhealth.  However, Omega 3 supplements do have tariff charge that could be levied at US delivery location (not pre-paid).  This is also a dynamic situation!

All our products are Health Canada approved however this does not mean that they can shipped into the USA.   Most of the products on the site will show "unavailable in USA"

As you may be aware, the United States has suspended its duty-free "de minimis" threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border - regardless of their value.

This change, mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324, applies to all business shipments from Canada, whether sent through the postal system, a Canadian courier, freight provider, or any commercial channel.
